Every January all Water Polo players must renew their Swim England registration. The fee is due by the end of January and covers players until January 2026. These fees are designed to promote safe and supportive water polo activities by insuring our members against injury to themselves or others. GWPC process the registration at cost price and the entire fee is passed onto Swim England to enable them to carry out their functions including promoting safe swimming practice in clubs.

The fees for both Club Compete (formerly CAT2) and Club Train (formerly CAT1) have increased slightly since 2024.

This year, payments will be assigned to you or your son/daughter at the correct level for their involvement in the sport. For info, all players will be Club Compete, unless they are in the Friday 4:30 - 5:30 Juniors session.

*Fees include Swim England Fee + East Midlands Regional Fee + Lincolnshire County Fee.

Volunteers of the club will be registered at Club Support level and GWPC will pay this fee on their behalf. You may wish to financially support the club by making a voluntary contribution through our club shop.

MEMBERS OF OTHER SWIM OR WATER POLO CLUBS

If you/your child is a member of another Swim Club or Water Polo Club and you pay your Swim England fees to them as your ‘first/primary club’ your registration with Grantham WPC as a second club will be free of charge. For instance Grantham or Newark Swimming Clubs.

If you have another primary club, respond to our survey to let us know. If you do not let us know via the survey you will be assigned a payment request.

If your player intends to leave the club that you previously paid Swim England fees to, and GWPC will become your primary club, please inform Gemma and we will assign you the correct payment request.

DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT

Fees will be assigned wk/c 13th January and are due by the end of January.
Anyone who does not make the required payment will not be registered and cannot compete in matches.
